Alpha Xi/Oregon

Alpha Xi/Oregon has a new home base. The Kappa Alpha Theta Fraternity Housing Corporation secured a prime-location rental facility on the University of Oregon campus. The Alpha Xi undergraduates moved in this past fall (2013).

Built in 1962, the facility is situated in the heart of the university’s Greek community. The house accommodates 56 live-in members and features a full-scale commercial kitchen, which will enable the chapter to serve its members high-quality meals. FHC agreed to lease the property through 2015 and has designated a professional property manager to oversee the facility.
